6. No Legal Advice EvictWise does not offer legal advice or representation. All legal proceedings are handled by independent attorneys. Any information provided by EvictWise is for informational purposes only.
7. Limitation of LiabilityEvictWise is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
8. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for any reason, including non-payment, breach of these Terms, or misuse of services.
9. Intellectual Property All content, trademarks, logos, and service marks on our website are the property of EvictWise or its licensors. You may not use any content without prior written permission.
